GREAT BBQ! Two years in a row for the holidays and will continue to order for special occasions. Brisket was perfect, the ribs are tender, and the service is a 5 star!

We have used them for big family gatherings four times now. Everybody loves the brisket and the amazing flavor of the chicken.  The sauce is wonderful and we enjoy it on other things long after that day. Definitely recommend.

I should have ordered more to have some leftover for today. Had family in from out of state and everyone kept complimenting the tenderness and taste of the brisket. Spicy BBQ was a hit. Had family that has never been fans of barbecue, but they couldn’t stop eating the food. Thank you Big Salinas Barbecue.

Thank you so much for the SUPER great bbq.  People were raving about the sausage.  I thought the chicken was fabulous – by far the best I have ever had.  The chicken almost had a touch of sweetness to it.  Really great stuff!  And of course everyone loved the brisket.
